both people power and process power. It is no wonder that we have an ISO 22000, 2005 Certification with IS 15000-1998 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) compliance and our quality is monitored tointernational standards.
Our hawk-eyed quality checks begin from the time the raw material enters the facility. There are checks at every stage thereafter, till the time the final product is ready.
There is a final Check by members of the senior management who come over to the facility, check the end product and only after their approval, does it get shipped out into the Market
Every batch undergoes an Application Test too at the in-house bakery to check for Product Performance, Consistency and Taste.
